  • 網上或實體店面購買之客人,商品除重大瑕疵,售出後均不接受退換貨。
    以下情況非瑕疵範圍:

    1. 色差:電腦有色差問題,請以實物為準。
    2. 珍珠:每顆天然珍珠都是獨一無二的,紋路與孔隙礦缺並非瑕疵。
    3. 殘膠:手工製作,表面難免有些許殘膠。
    4. 金屬刮痕:金屬表面因摩擦而產生的細小刮痕,係屬正常現象。
    5. 尺寸誤差:尺寸可能因測量不同而存在誤差,0.5~1.5公分屬正常範圍。
    We do not accept refunds and exchanges, for both online and in-store purchases, unless the item is defective.Reasons below do not constitute a defective item:
    1. Colour difference: Colour of the item may vary slightly due to lighting and differences in monitor calibration, please refer to the actual product as the standard.
    2. Gems and pearls: No two gems or pearls are the same! Differences in texture and porosity between pieces are natural.
    3. Adhesive residue: minimal adhesive residue may occur in handcrafted products.
    4. Scratches on metal: Small surface scratches due to minor friction are a common phenomenon.
    5. Sizing difference: Please allow for a 0.5-1.5cm discrepancy in measurements.
  • 需要退換的產品必須經相同渠道於7天內提出退換並保持包裝完整無缺。於品牌官方網站購買產品,可透過Instagram發DM到@saejewelryofficial,或以Whatsapp +852-62590203 聯絡我們,並提供訂單編號以便跟進。倘若是從我們的寄賣實體店購入產品,必須攜同其購物收據帶回店面進行退換。
    Every return or exchange must be processed within 7 days via the original mode of purchase, items must be in their original condition and packaging. For return or exchange concerning an online purchase, please contact us via DM at @saejewelryofficial on Instagram OR via WhatsApp at +852 6259-0203 with your Order Number. If the purchase was made in-store, kindly head back to that store to have your return or exchange processed. Remember to bring along your proof of purchase and make sure your jewels are in their original condition and packaging. The time window in which you can exchange or return an item lasts 7 days, starting from the day the order is received (for online purchases) or purchased (for in-store purchases).
  • 所有退回的商品必須帶有所有標籤/吊牌及原始包裝。商品必需沒有損壞。 我們將不接受任何不符合要求的貨品進行換貨。
    All returned items must be with all tags and original packaging still attached. They must be in perfect condition and show no evident signs of being used or damaged, otherwise the return will not be processed. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to Sae Jewelry in perfect condition. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to carry out the return as requested.

    For any incorrect or defective items, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please include your Order Number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references on Instagram or WhatsApp.
