我們使用順豐快遞進行送貨服務，亦提供順豐智能櫃提取服務。請根據運單號於 SF Express 運單追蹤 查詢進度，謝謝。香港/澳門地區購買滿$1200 免運費， 不足$1200 金額香港地址收取$38運費，澳門地區收取$43運費。
Our delivery partners
We partner with SF Express for order delivery. You may track your package through SF Express Tracker. Free shipping for orders over HKD 800 (HK & Macao region) while for orders below HKD 800, shipping cost applies - HK region: HKD 30 | Macao region: HKD 43.
2. 我的訂單仍然是“處理中”，什麼時候會發貨？
訂單均於3-4個工作天內處理。如果是預訂貨品的訂單，將於到貨後3-4個工作天內發貨。
**若訂單內同時有預訂物品及現貨，會等齊貨一次過發貨**
My order is still "in progress", when will it be shipped?
Orders will be processed within three - four working days. If it is an order for pre-ordered products, it will be shipped within three - four working day after arrival.
**For any orders with pre-ordered items, they will be processed after pre-ordered items have arrived.**
3. 我的訂單發貨後我會收到通知嗎？
當貨品寄出後，客人將會收到電郵通知運單號，可以速遞公司網站追蹤包裹。
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Once your order has shipped, we will receive a tracking number via email. You could track the package from SF Express website.
4. 下單後發現資料有錯漏怎麼辦？
敬請盡快透過Instagram發DM到@saejewelryofficial，或以Whatsapp852-62590203 聯絡我們修改資料。**請注意，如欲修改地址，有可能已經無法更改，或快遞公司可能會收取地址更改費用。
My order has been shipped, but I need to change the address, what should I do?
Contact us via @saejewelryofficial on Instagram OR Whatsapp 852-62590203 as soon as possible. **Please note that it may not be possible to change the address, or the courier company may charge an address change fee.**
